Méthodes et délais d'expédition

At EuroBikes Outlet, we understand the importance of receiving your bike in a timely manner. That’s why we offer two shipping methods for you to choose from:

Expédition standard

Notre option de livraison standard garantit que votre vélo sera livré dans les 3 à 5 jours ouvrables suivant la date d'achat. Cette option est disponible pour les destinations françaises et britanniques. Veuillez noter qu'un délai de traitement supplémentaire peut être nécessaire en période de forte activité ou en cas de circonstances imprévues.

Expédition express

If you’re in a hurry to receive your bike, we also offer an express shipping option. With express shipping, your bike will be delivered within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. This option is available for both UK and France destinations. Please note that additional charges may apply for express shipping.

Frais d'expédition

Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and the weight of the bike. To provide you with the most accurate shipping cost, simply add the desired bike to your chariot and proceed to the caisse page. Here, you will be able to view the shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

For customers within the United Kingdom, we offer free standard shipping on all orders above £100. For orders below £100, a flat shipping fee of £10 up to £40 will be applied.

For customers in France, we offer free standard shipping on all orders above €150. For orders below €150, a flat shipping fee of €15 will be applied.

Once your bike has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate its arrival time. Simply click on the provided link or enter the tracking number on our website’s tracking page to get real-time updates on your shipment.
