- Can I purchase a bike directly from your website?
Yes, you can! Click here to start browsing our complete range of models. Note that all bike purchases completed on the website are fulfilled by us to your doorstep. If you’d like to view a selection of Jobo bikes in person, contact us on email to get a catalog view of our bikes. We also have an online store that offers soft goods and some small parts.

- Verkoopt u retoucheerverf?
Euro bikes outlet does not sell touch-up paint. If you’re looking to beautify a small scratch or scuff in your bike’s paint, we recommend visiting a local hobby shop as they usually have a wide variety of colors available.
- What is the overall height of the bike when it is folded up?
I’m trying to figure out if our SUV’s back will accommodate our bikes. All our bikes fold into halves for easy transportation and storage.
Folded, they measure 39 inches long by 50 inches high by 34 inches wide (or 99 centimeters long by 127 centimeters high by 86 centimeters wide).

- What if the products I received are damaged/defective?
If you receive a damaged/defective product, please fill in our customer support form to contact us or simply send an email to su*****@eu*************.com. Please attach any relevant videos or photos showing your issue so the specialists can best assist you.
- I am very interested in your bike but want to make sure it will fit me.

- Will the production bikes be exactly like the ones pictured?
We reserve the rights to make modifications in the interest of delivering a better product to you. Since our first launch we have made tweaks and refinement to our eBike. We are continuously making improvement to the bike as we move towards production, so the bike you received might be slightly different but only better.
- Do I need a license to ride an ebike on road?
No. All the models of JOBO ebikes comply with the specifications of the EU law and you do not need a license to ride it.
- Will I receive the bike fully assembled?
The JOBO ebike will arrive at your doorstep, 50% assembled. Unpacking and assembling will take about 10-20 minutes. Simply mount the front wheel, handlebar, seat post, and pedals. Then, perform a thorough check to ensure everything is tight. Fenders and the rear rack will be preinstalled before packaging. You’ll find clear instructions and the necessary tools in the accessory box. The assembled process should take no longer than 25 minutes.

- What kind of payment method do you accept?
We accept PayPal and credit card payments. During checkout, you can choose your preferred payment method. However, our system may sometimes deny your payment as a security measure against potential credit card fraud.
- Why My Card Was Declined?
The most common reason for an unsuccessful card payment is that your bank has declined it. Please contact your bank, let them know it is you making this payment. Once they’ve confirmed this transaction, your next attempt should be successful. If all else fails, you can switch to your other credit/debit card. Besides, If you have a Paypal account, try to pay by PayPal Or contact for a better payment option.
