You have the right to return any bike purchased from our website within 14 days of receipt, provided that the bike is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Please note that customized or personalized bikes are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
Once we receive the returned bike and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds
We understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary. If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 days of receiving the returned bike.
Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
